Currently serving as the Lead & Senior Consultant, Department of ENT & Hearing Implantology at KIMS Hospital Electronic City Bangalore . Dr. Rohit heads the Cochlear Implant Program. This program has successfully catered to patients ranging from infants as young as 9 months to adults aged 72 years, from across India and countries including Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, West Africa, and the USA.

With over 500+ Cochlear Implant surgeries, Dr. Rohit brings unparalleled expertise in ENT, Skull Base Surgery, and advanced hearing implant procedures. He has worked closely with leading neurosurgical teams in Delhi and Bengaluru on anterior skull base surgeries.

Dr. Rohit Udaya Prasad has completed two years of advanced training in Cochlear implant surgery under the mentorship of Padmashri Prof. Dr. J.M.Hans at Dr. Hans Centre for ENT hearing Care and Vertigo, New Delhi in 2016.

Dr. Rohit Udaya Prasad completed his MBBS from M S Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore in 2010. Later, in 2014, he obtained MS in ENT from Pt. Jawahar Lal Memorial MedicalCollege, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, AYUSH Health Science University, Raipur (CG).
