Dr.Nithin Kumar is one of the best senior neurologists practicing neurology in Bangalore since 2008. He completed MBBS from the prestigious Mysore Medical College in 1998, did his MD in General Medicine from the illustrious Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli in 2002 and completed his DM from the Bombay Hospital and Institute of Medical Science and Research in 2008. He has been excellent all through his academic career spanning through 15 years to achieve his goal of being one of the most astute clinician and dedicated Neurologist of Karnataka. He has 24+ years of experience as a practicing doctor, 17 years as physician and 15 years as consultant neurologist as of date ( 2021, Jan). He has good experience in understanding the patient's clinical condition and making relevant diagnosis and hence, his treatment has benefited a lot of patients seeking his advice.
He has worked as an observer in the Epilepsy programme of Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences, Trivandrum during his training days and as a practicing neurologist, which has benefitted him to approach and manage epilepsy. Dr. Nithin has been very proactive in managing cases of stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache related disorders and neuropathies, which are his areas of interest. He has been involved in many research works related to stroke, epilepsy and neuropathies.
Dr. Nithin worked in Manipal Hospital, Columbia Asia, Narayana Hrudayala Bangalore as consultant neurologist. He started the neurology department and the DM courses in Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research during his tenure between 2009 and 2014 and subsequently he opted for voluntary retirement as Associate professor of Neurology from the institute. Since 2016 till date he has been the Chief Senior Neurologist of Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road and as visiting faculty in Bannerghatta and Rajajinagar branches.

We have a comprehensive Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation set up which has experts in physiotherapy well supported by state of the art devices and instruments to cater all types of patients seeking physiotherapy.
