About Dr. Govinda Raju S
I am Dr. Govinda Raju Srinivas, founder of Dr.Pilates, a budding entrepreneur improving the quality of life of many, as a Pilates Trainer and a Physiotherapist for the past 8 years.
My interest in fitness started while I was pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration. As an enthusiast, I have spent many years in the gyms and the parks of Bengaluru doing various physical training activities. As years went on, my interest grew into passion and I had decided to dive myself into the world of fitness by first educating and becoming a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
I can also proudly say that I am a Scholar of American Counsel of Exercising, Certified Licensed Practitioner of Advanced Dry Needling, Certified Pilates Instructor and EMS Training Coach. I was an Official Columnist for Deccan Chronicle and published many articles featuring the benefits of Pilates Workouts and Physio Guides.
In all my experience so far, I have found that most of the physical ailments that I treat can be averted with a basic fitness routine. For this reason, I have chosen Pilates as the means because it requires minimal effort and the results are quite amazing. I truly believe that prevention is better than cure.
I understand that life can be hectic and its often hard to find time and motivation to work out. I use my experiences to design a program that is enjoyable, manageable and proven to work. My emphasis is on accuracy in training, developing a holistic natural approach on result oriented exercise programs by keeping a keen eye on holistic well being.
I provide Advance Pilates Classes with state-of-the-art Merrithew Pilates Reformer equipment designed to move mind, body and soul.
