About Dr. Gaurav Medikeri
Dr Gaurav Shankar Medikeri is an internationally renowned ENT surgeon with special interest in Rhinology and Anterior skull base surgery. He is perhaps the only ENT surgeon in the world to have three international fellowships in Rhinology and anterior skull base tumor surgery. He specializes in advanced sinusitis surgery, rhinoplasty and skull base tumor surgery.
His first fellowship training was in Seoul, South Korea in Rhinoplasty and facial cosmetic surgery. He trained there extensively and has performed primary and revision rhinoplasty surgeries (Nose jobs) for national and international patients.
His second fellowship in Rhinology and anterior skull base surgery, was at Aintree University hospital, Liverpool, United Kingdom. This is a referral center for head and neck cancers. In collaboration with Walton Neuro center, they routinely performed endoscopic skull base surgeries. Therefore, he performs Pituitary surgery, Clival chordomas, Olfactory neuroblastoma, CSF leak repairs etc. He has been awarded a Fellowship from the Royal college of Surgeons of London.
